Why are we the leaders?

In the year 2000,  three seasoned Masters of Permanent Cosmetics decided to network and do serious research and development.  Permanent Cosmetics is a new frontier with new methods being discovered daily.  We wanted to be the leaders by maintaining  a Message Board to mentor and create goodwill within our industry. Ramona Gamache, Athena Karsant and Karla Kwist have combined their talents and skill to assemble a team of educators that are unmatched in the industry.
